General Shipping Information:

Portero orders are shipped fully insured with the reliability and accountability of UPS and FedEx and the US Postal Service. Applicable sales tax will be provided during checkout. We will ship your order within two days of accepted your payment (expedited orders are shipped same day if payment is accepted by 1pm Eastern - see "Expedited Shipping").

Please Note the Following:

  • For insurance reasons, a signature is required for all shipments. If you will not be home to sign for your order, Portero can ship your order to your place of work.
  • We do not ship to Post Office Box or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to: California, Florida, New York, Illinois and Maryland.
  • Free domestic standard shipping is available for all orders over $1,000 USD. If returned, a $15 fee will be deducted from refund.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking number. This permits you to track your package online.

Combined Shipping for Multiple Items:

To qualify for our combined shipping discount for multiple items, all items must be paid on a combined invoice and shipped in the same package. Full shipping rates will apply to the largest item, with an additional fee added for each additional item. Expedited Shipping:

We offer FedEx Next-Day and FedEx Second Day shipping options. Payment for expedited shipping must be accepted by 1pm US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, in order for the item to be shipped that day. Items shipped Next Day will be delivered the next business day, and items shipped Second Day will be delivered two business days later. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. Applicable sales tax (for shipments to California, Florida, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and Maryland) will be provided during checkout. Expedited shipping may not be available on certain items or in certain international areas.
