We accept the following payment methods through our secure check-out system: 

Credit Cards: American Express

American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All credit card transactions are subject to address verification prior to acceptance of your order. Our merchant system is secure and requires that we verify the registered billing address with the issuing bank prior to shipment of your order. Review times vary, but we do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been accepted.


Please note, all orders placed with PayPal can only ship to the address associated with the PayPal account.

Bank Wire:

If you would like to purchase an item/s using a bank wire please note Portero requires a nonrefundable deposit in order to hold the merchandise. The deposit which should be paid by credit card or Paypal is to be equal to 10% of your total order amount. The customer will then be emailed with fully detailed wire instructions that include the remainder of their balance due. The remaining balance that is to be wired will have a 2% discount. Once a deposit is made, the customer has 5 business days to initiate the wire transfer and send us a copy of the wire receipt. The wire must post to Portero’s account within 7 business days of the wire receipt date. If it is not posted within that time, we will not be refunding the deposit. If a returnable item is purchased (i.e. not subject to final sale)through this method and returned by the customer in accordance with Portero’s return policy a refund will be issued in the form of a check.

Portero Credit

To redeem Portero credit as full or partial payment for an item, please contact Portero Customer Care prior to check-out. Portero credit may be used towards the purchase of any Portero merchandise. Portero credit is not redeemable for cash and is void after the expiration date.


Non-fulfillment of an Order

In the event Portero is unable to fulfill an order, Portero reserves the right to rescind the transaction, and will promptly refund any amounts paid for the item(s). Reasons for non-fulfullment of an order include damage or loss of item prior to shipping. Portero is not responsible for any damages associated with a non-fulfillment order.
