U.S. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through our secure check-out system:
Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. All credit card transactions are subject to address verification. Our merchant system is secure and requires that we verify the registered billing address with the issuing bank prior to shipment of your order.
Bank Wire Transfers: If you choose to arrange payment through your bank, you'll receive a 2.0% discount on the purchase of your item. The bank wire discount is applied before the shipping and insurance charge is added. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request Bank Wire Transfer instructions.

Full payment is due at the time of purchase.
Portero is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping to: Connecticut, New York, Florida, Maryland, California, and Illinois.
To redeem Portero credit as full or partial payment for an item, please contact Portero Customer Care prior to check-out. Portero credit may be used towards the purchase of any Portero merchandise. Portero credit is not redeemable for cash and is void after the expiration date.
Non-fulfillment of an Order
In rare instances, Portero is unable to fulfill an order as a result of damage to, or loss of, the item before shipping, or for other reasons. In the event Portero is unable to fulfill an order for any reason, we reserve the right to rescind the transaction, and we will promptly refund any amounts you have paid for the item. However, beyond a refund of amounts paid, we cannot be, and by registering with Portero.com you agree that you will not hold us, responsible for any damages associated with non-fulfillment of an order.
