International Shipping & Customs:

Portero ships to over 100 international destinations via UPS and FedEx.  Upon check-out, you will be notified of shipping costs. 

Certain Exotic-Skinned items may not be available to ship to all countries.  If you have an inquiry about an exotic-skinned item, please contact Customer Care at customercare@portero.com or 1.877.962.2398 before placing your order to confirm your item can be shipped to your country.


Customs, Taxes, and Other Charges:

Shipments to addresses outside the United States are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. These charges are in addition to the purchase price (and any shipping and insurance charges). In the event there are customs charges assigned to your package, you must pay for any associated import taxes, including VAT and duties, required by your country's governmental regulations. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Your package will include a copy of your actual invoice, and the customs office will determine any applicable fees. Portero cannot label an item as a gift or declare a lesser value than the purchase price of the item.  Please contact your local authorities for specific information.


Tracking your order:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a UPS or FedEx tracking number. This permits you to track your package online.


Combined Shipping for Multiple Items:

To qualify for our combined shipping discount for multiple items, all items must be paid on a combined invoice and shipped in the same package. Full shipping rates will apply to the largest item, with an additional fee added for each additional item.
