This Chanel Tote Shoulder Bag is done in turquoise lambskin. The hardware is done in silver. The turquoise lambskin and silver chain shoulder straps boast a 10 inch handle drop. The magnetic snap closure secures the silver fabric interior that boasts two zipper pockets and one open pocket. The exterior boasts a laser cut lambskin CC embellishment.

The overall condition of this bag is good. The exterior is in good condition with staining on the back and visible wear on the handles and back.

Please contact Portero Customer Care Department for a return authorization, and ship back item within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be properly packaged in comparable box, and in unworn condition.

Layaway terms & CONDITIONS

Layaway

As a convenience to our customers, we offer a layaway option on selected items. Under a layaway plan, you pay for the item over time, and we hold the item aside for you during that period (meaning it will not be available for sale to other customers). The product description for an item will state whether layaway is available, but if you have any questions about whether this option is available for an item, or about how layaway works, please call us at 877-962-2398.

Please read the terms and conditions below carefully—in particular, the sections regarding Layaway Cancellations and Returns—before choosing the layaway option.

We offer two payment plans:
- 30-Day Payment – half of the total item purchase price is payable upfront, and the remaining half is due in 30 days.
- 60-Day Payment – one-third of the total item purchase price is payable upfront, one-third is due in 30 days, and the remaining one-third is due in 60 days.
The start date for all layaway plans is the date of the first payment.
For layaway items paid in full, the total item purchase price is the stated price at the time of original purchase (net of any promotions or discounts applicable at that date)—there are no fees or interest added to this amount (although you may be responsible for additional shipping charges—see below).
You may at any time pay the remaining amount outstanding on an item, rather than waiting until the payment due date(s). Unfortunately, we cannot accept early payments for less than the full remaining amount owed.
Once you have paid for an item in full, we will promptly ship it to you. If the item was not subject to a “free shipping” policy at the time of the original purchase, you will also be required to pay shipping charges.
In the event an item placed on layaway becomes unavailable, or is unavailable in the same condition as at the time of sale, we will notify you of this fact and promptly return any amounts you have paid to date.

Layaway Cancellations We will cancel a layaway in the event that you fail to make a scheduled payment on the due date. Given our arrangements with our vendors and the commitments we have to them, and given that the item had been made unavailable to other buyers during the layaway period, we will retain in full any amounts you have paid on a canceled layaway.

Returns Because we have held your item aside during the layaway period, we do not allow returns on layaway items. If you have any issue with a layaway item you have received—such as damage in shipment—you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
