Form meets function with this unisex Imperiale Chronograph timepiece, reference 37/8210-33, is the essence of what Chopard has come to represent as one of the leading luxury watch makers. A round stainless steel case surrounds the metallic blue dial that houses the three sub dials of the chronograph and date display. Elegantly finishing this piece is the original Chopard stainless steel bracelet and stainless steel deployment clasp. LONGINES 1967 Vintage - THE TUXEDO - 14K White Gold & Diamonds

Vintage wristwatch connoisseurs will recognize the distinctive watch featured in today's offering as one of the Longines popular models, the Tuxedo. Created in the 1950's, the Tuxedo stood for all that was prestigious, elegant, and refined. The beautiful case and dial, tastefully decorated with diamonds, captured the essence of the rewards deserved by those whose hard work and dedication propelled them to a respected position of leadership in law, medicine, business, or similar professional field. Though originally designed to be worn by men, its mid-sized profile make it suitable for a man or a woman.

To attain its luxurious style, Longines master jewelers covered the case and dial in approximately one-half carat of flawless diamonds and decorated three sides of the case top and two edges of the back by hand-hammering a Florentine finish. Inside the case Longines placed a hand-wound mechanism capable of superior timekeeping. We were fortunate to acquire this watch in such amazing condition. The solid white gold case is mint. The silver satin dial is attractive and previously restored, showing only lights signs of aging. The fine, original Longines movement is clean and pristine, appearing like it just emerged from the company's workshops in Le Sentier, Switzerland.
